Complete with fingerprints, this exceptionally detailed full-scale model of the left hand presents a superficial dissection of its dorsal surface which exposes the veins, nerves, tendons, and the extensor retinaculum, while the palmar surface features three dissections at progressively depper levels:  1st layer - palmar aponeurosis; 2nd layer - exposes the flexor retinaculum, superficial palmar arch, and tendons of the flexor digitorum and lumbricales muscles; 3rd layer - reveals the deep palmar arch, and deep layer of muscles, nerves, tondons and ligaments.
